The library also named nine designs as honorable mentions.  Although their art will not appear on a library card, it was exceptional and enjoyed by both the public and our panel of judges.  The people who received an Honorable Mention are:

  • Amalia Campbell, Aurora Campbell and Saskia Lee
  • Charlene Din
  • Gillian Dreher

  • Lori Anne Fischer
  • Tansy Moon

Selection Process:

All entries determined to be eligible were posted on Facebook for online voting. There was one winner in each age category (children, teen, and adult) based on Facebook votes. They were also be sent to our panel of esteemed judges. The judges voted to select a winner in each age category (children, teen, and adult). In the event that the Facebook favorite was also the judges’ favorite, a runner up was selected.  Voting took place between March 1st and March 15th.
