If you are a person with a disability, please request Extended Services on your library card application, or from any staff.

If you have questions about extended services or other services for persons with disabilities, or are not able to come to the library to receive your library card, contact Mana Tominaga, Extended Services Coordinator/Supervising Librarian for the Main Library, at mtominaga@oaklandlibrary.org or 510-238-6611.
