Oakland Public Libraries have a small supply of 1040 forms and instructions.

Need to print tax forms? Go to oaklandlibrary.org/mobileprint to send your print, then pick them up at an Oakland Public Library Sidewalk Service location. You can call 510-238-3134 if you need more help.
